Redirect not working

  Hello,

  I just set up theshoeguys.com to redirect to theshoeguys.wordpress.com, and am having some issues with it working. The redirect is happening correctly for me, but not for others. I believe the problem is they need to clear their cache to stop it from bringing up the old site, but they can’t figure out how to clear their cache. This is also a business site, and we don’t want to worry about old customers not being directed to the proper site.

  Do you think this issue will be resolved after a day or two? How can we guarantee that anyone who types in either of those URLs will be directed to the proper page, even if they have the old page in their cache and history?

  http://theshoeguys.com/ appears to be working properly.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
