Redirect Options re: specific posts

    Current blog: http://allticketsinc.me/ (I am guest-webmastering)
    New WordPress site: http://ecbiz126.inmotionhosting.com/~alltic5/?page_id=14
(That’s a draft site with a temporary URL – it has not gone live yet.)

I exported the existing blogroll and imported it to the new site. Thank you, WordPress for easy tools for this.

We have Pinterest links pointing to the original blog on WordPress.com. If we redirect from the original blog to the new one, will visitors be taking to the landing page of the new blog, or will they be taken to the correct correspoding blog post?

I am looking at this tool: http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/
It looks like it might be what we want, but it’s not clear,

The new site is a COMMERCIAL site. We cannot use the original blog to drive traffic to the new site. I am hoping that we can use the paid redirect upgrade to maintain the Pinterest traffic without violating any WordPress licensing agreements.

So, in a nutshell, the goal is:

    1) Copy the existing blog in its entirety to the new commercial site (DONE).
    2) Allow existing links (such as Pinterest) to redirect through the WordPress.com posts to the same posts on the new site.
    3) Do this without having duplicate content (Bad with Google) and without violating any WordPress stipulations.

    Thank you for any help.

    Matt
