Redirect page to earlier wordpress post

  I want to create a page that internally redirects to my first post, or a link to my first post titled ‘start at the beginning’. Is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes but why not place the link in a text widget and display it at the top of your sidebar? Also note that if you wish you can create a book-like structure.
