redirect site

  I purchased the site redirect, entered the new url I’d like to have all traffic pointed to and the new re-direct still includes the old url address so the link does not work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I see that you added the Site Redirect, but you did not update your Primary Domain on your Store > My Domains page. Please do so there and it should show up as directed.

  I did that before and it messed up the link and went no where so I had to change it back. I have a screen shot if there’s a way I could email it to.

  Hi there,

  Sometimes it can take time. I just updated the primary domain and found that it was re-directing as it should!

  Please let me know if you don’t find that to be the case!
