Redirect to .com isn't working

    When I update through the dashboard everything looks correct. When I preview through the dashboard it’s correct. But it’s not updating the .com version.

    kcitg.wordpress.com

    kcitg.com

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You need change the “nameservers”:

    Non-WordPress.com Nameservers
    Although kcitg.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.

    You need three things:
    a) Buy the domain mapping upgrade
    b) Change/update the “nameservers”
    c) Update the Primary Domain

    Did you do all three?

    I did buy an upgrade a while back so I think I did? I just changed the name servers at network solutions. I believe I updated the primary domain back when I did the upgrade. I’m hoping once it propagates out that it will be fixed?

    It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

    Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
