Redirect URL not working

    Hi,
    My organization’s website is built through WordPress and we updated WordPress to 5.8.2 on Wednesday, Nov 24th along with some plugins. We had a form embedded into the webpage by using the Hubspot form shortcode. Once someone submits the form we provide a URL on WordPress to redirect to (usually a PDF or google doc). The redirect has broken since the update and we are unable to isolate the issue.

    After someone submits the form now, it simply says Thank you for downloading (which is a message we setup through hubspot) and does not redirect

    I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.

    What is the URL of the site with the problem?

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    I’d first reach out to Hubspot to see if they’ve had any other reports of this problem and they should be able to advise.
