Redirect URL other URLs for Different Mobile Devices

I understand how to detect and redirect our website to a mobile version of our website for the iPhone, iPad, Android, etc. This is not that question.
We have many links coming into our website. If someone clicks a link from an iPhone, we would like to redirect them to a mobile version of that specific link (not our mobile homepage). Right now, all I can find are solutions to redirecting incoming links to one main page (our mobile homepage).
If there is a plugin for this, that would be amazing…

There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install individual plugins into them. You can set your blog to enable display a mobile theme to mobile users here > Appearance > Extras

You can also turn on/off a special version for iPad under Appearance > iPad. However people on these forums are mentioning issues with it.

Does WordPress display some default mobile theme with my content rearranged somehow?
Do I need to have an additional special version of the blog optimized for mobile devices?
If so, are special mobile device themes available? Hints on how to set this up?

NO, the mobile theme IS optimized for mobile devices. It’s quite slick, so check it out if you get a chance.
