Redirect was cancelled but is still on – please help

  I bought a redirect for my blog http://museumexhibition.wordpress.com to http://www.madesignstudios.co.uk & cancelled this because it didnt work for me, I recieved a refund however the redirect remained and still remains today and i dont want this anymore to redirect.

  I am unsure what to do next ? Please assist.
