redirect wordpress site url to 123-reg site powered by wordpress

    I have upgraded from georgegoodwin.wordpress.com to a 123-reg website powered by wordpress of georgegoodwin.com. When people google ‘George Goodwin Historian’ they get the georgegoodwin.wordpress.com page which is now out of date. I understand that I can download a plug in which will redirect Googlers from the georgegoodwin.wordpress.com URL to the georgegoodwin.com site. How do I do this? I should be very grateful if someone could tell me in very simple steps! I am not at all tech savvy.
