Redirect wordpress.com blog to another domain and vice versa

Hi,
I have a WordPress.com blog –> byrusber.wordpress.com
And i have my own domain name –> byrusber.com (just domain name, no hosting)
What i want to do is:
– When someone clicks on “byrusber.wordpress.com”, he should be redirected to “byrusber.com”.
– When someone clicks on “byrusber.wordpress.com/any-url”, he should be redirected to “byrusber.com/any-url”.And since i don’t have hosting on my own domain; when someone clicks on “byrusber.com”, he should be redirected to my wordpress blog at the background. On his browser’s address bar, he should still see the “byrusber.com”.
In summary; for domain, i want to use “byrusber.com”. But i want to continue to keep all site content ın “byrusber.wordpress.com”.
How can i do this?
I have read about WordPress’s Site Redirect service, but i am not sure if that will do exactly what i want.

Hi there. You’re not looking for the site redirect, but rather domain mapping. That will connect your custom domain to your free WordPress.com site. All your content will remain just as it is on your free site, but visitors will see your custom domain in their browser instead. https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
You need to renew this upgrade each year, just like you need to renew your domain each year wherever you bought it.
