Redirected to "sign up" when I click anything!

  I’m redirected to the “create a new blog” page whenever I click on any link in my two blogs that I’m testing out that I have created yesterday: animefind.wordpress.com and animenojutsu.wordpress.com

  There’s a wide-spread issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond reporting the same issue for the last 24 hours.
