How do I redirect a deleted blog?

    I just emailed about my user name but was able to find it. My question is my blog used to be called frugaleclecticchic.wordpress.com and I recently changed it to decorinsanity.wordpress.com. I didn’t delete it I just renamed it. Now all my old post are non existent because they were under the old name. Is there any way to redirect or republish each post so that I don’t lose my traffic? Also, if I upgrade to self hosted will this happen again?

    Hi, that first site was deleted as part of the renaming process. This is an option you have when renaming a site. All of the content should have moved to the new site as part of the address change. Did this not happen?

    There isn’t a way to redirect a deleted blog URL to a new site though.
