redirecting domain doesn't work

  Hello, I am trying to redirect an existing domain to our wordpress blog but it doesn’t work although the redirection is set properly by the domain hosting party (xs4all). What kind of upgrade do I need to fix this?
  My blog http://www.meestersopstraat.wordpress.com should redirect to the domain http://www.meestersopstraat.nl

  You need:
  a) Buy the domain mapping upgrade
  b) Change the nameservers
