Redirecting e-mail subscribers
-
Hello! I just moved my site from a wordpress.com to a wordpress.org site and I’d like to move my subscribers as well as redirect my traffic. I’ve already re-directed traffic from iheartvegetables.wordpress.com to iheartvegetables.com so it’s say that the redirect already exists. Can someone help me?
I also want to move all of my e-mail and wordpress subscribers to my new domain. The url is still http://iheartvegetables.com
Thank you for your help!
Elizabeth

Staff can can move your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.
What’s required is:
installation and activation of the JetPack plugin;
posting both URLs into this forum thread;
tagging the thread with modlook;
subscribing to the thread so you are notified when Staff make the transfer. -
The JetPack plugin has been installed.
The URL http://iheartvegetables.wordpress.com
should go to http://iheartvegetables.com
I’m not sure what Modlook is… but I’m subscribed to the thread!

Can you also redirect the site to go from the “old” iheartvegetables.com (the wordpress site) to the new iheartvegetables.com?

Hi again,
That will require the site redirect upgrade. You can read more about it here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/With the upgrade, you should be able to complete the process! Just let me know if you run into any issues.
