Redirecting followers and traffic

  Hello!I really need some help and I have a question.I would like to ask if it is possible to redirect quickly both my followers and traffic to the new adress I will have.I did not change it yet but I want to do it this week and I heard about purchasing the Redirect Upgrade .My friend had some problems when he wanted to purchase it so my question is what is the most simple way to redirect my followers and traffic when I have a new adress.

  Is your new name a custom domain name? Are you planning on staying on WordPress.COM?

  If so, you might want domain mapping.

  Well I plan on staying on wordpress.com .Plugins section does not appear in my dashb so that would be another problem for installing a redirect plugin.Another question..is it possible to make it appear(the plugins section) if I have a wordpress.com site?

  Plugin’s are not allowed on WordPress.COM security and reliability reasons
