Redirecting from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hi there,

  I have migrated all content to my blog on wordpress.org. I wonder if there is anyway to automatically redirect users from my wordpress.com blog to the wordpress.org blog. I wonder how others handle this esp when you already have readers subscribing to your RSS.
