redirecting homepage to an actual page, not a post
-
I don’t know if this is possible without upgrading- but I’d like to be able to redirect my username.wordpress.com to a descriptive home page, rather than the latest posts I’ve made. How can I do this?
In case I worded that in a really confusing way ( which I probably did ), I’ll ask a different way. If I want people to click on a link to my wordpress site and land on a page rather than automatically go to my recent posts, how would I go about doing that?
Thanks so much.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can create a static front page. First you create two static pages and then you assign one as your front page and the others as the page your posts display on > Settings > Reading
See here please > front page
