redirecting me out of my editing page

I continue to experience this problem. I’ll be logged in, editing my site that I recently created, and when I navigate to a new link in my dashboard I get routed to a page that tells me I can add a new blog to my account. Toward the bottom of the screen it says it cannot recognize the blog I am searching for. This is so frustrating. The last few times this happened it seemed to resolve with me logging out and logging back in, but not today. When this happens it appears that wordpress still recognized me as logged in, but it can’t access my blog or let me access it.

When I type in my blog address I get nothing, when I go to wordpress.com, I get nothing. Neither Firefox or Safari can find it.
