REDIRECTING MY OLD SITE
-
Hello. My name is Taiwo and I have a blog under address alifestylenerd.wordpress.com. I just changed that address from the former stuffedshelvesite.wordpress.com. I would like any links with the former address to redirect to the new ‘alifestylenerd’. However, now that I’ve changed it, the site redirect isn’t making sense. Please how do I redirect any links with the old site address to the new one? I can’t access the dashboard of the old site.
I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to below link for the detailed information.Hope this helps.
Thanks.

stuffedshelvesite.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site. When transferring sites the original site address is deleted and all content moved to the new site. Perhaps it would have been a better idea to have created an additional site. You could have transferred content using the import/export function but the original site address would still have existed for any redirects. If you want to recover the deleted site (and it was deleted less than 30 days ago) then staff can do that for you (although the site will now be devoid of content). I see a modlook tag has already been added to ask a member of staff to respond here.

Hi there,
stuffedshelvesite.wordpress.com was deleted one day ago therefore I can restore it for you and then you purchase the Site Redirect upgrade @pandeyabhaykumar suggested to redirect any traffic from that site to the new one.
Please let me know how you want me to proceed.

Hello. I’m so sorry for the late reply. I’m just seeing the mail. Would it be possible to restore it now so that I can purchase the site upgrade?

Thank you so so much.
I just went on the site redirect page to do the redirect but there’s this note: Note: Site redirects will only point to a non-ssl ( http:// ) url.
My new site (alifestyenerd.wordpress.com) is in the https:// format. What do I do now please? -
Hi there,
Add the redirect using the http version of the site URL. We automatically handle the http to https redirect on the other site’s end when that site’s address is loaded.
