redirecting my url www.aflarevolution.org to aflarevolution.wordpress.com

I dont know how to direct my url domain http://www.aflarevolution.org to aflarevolution.wordpress.com. my domain is registered and i changed primary, secondary, and name server (the third one down) to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, ns3.wordpress.com like i was told by my hosting company to do, but can’t find on your website how to accept the redirect (i.e. if people click on my aflarevolution.org site it goes to aflarevolution.wordpress.com) help me make this happen as quickly as possible!!!
