Redirecting my wordpress website to Gatorhost

Hi, I am wondering how I can get wordpress customer service to redirect my website to Gatorhost. Right now my url is simplychimerica.wordpress.com but I want to remove “wordpress.com from the url. I do not want to pay the 99 annual fee that wordpress offer because I have my own domain name and web host.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To redirect the traffic from http://simplychimerica.wordpress.com/ to your new site, you will need to buy the site redirect upgrade.
Make sure that you set up the permalinks for your new site to match the permalink structure here at WordPress.com or the redirect will not get people to the like places on your new site. On your site at godaddy you need your permalinks set to “Day and name”.

thanks for the reply, but is there a way to ask wordpress customer service to remove my website from their system? that way i can restart fresh.

You can delete your blog yourself – but that is very bad to do – all the bookmarks to your site will die and go into oblivion – search results will get a site deleted message –
If you have a WordPress.ORG install – export your content from here and import to your new .ORG install – install Jetpack, activate it then have the staff transfer your followers – then buy the site redirect to send traffic to your new site and address
That is the best to keep your old followers, bookmarks,etc –
