redirecting my worpress blog to a website
-
Hello, I tried to redirect my blog to a new website that I created- my blog is domestichelplondon.com and I want that all the visitors are sent to http://www.domestichelplondon.co.uk. I bout for $13 an add on that supposed to do that for a year, but with no result.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looks like the issue is that the site redirect got set up for onlineuchilishte.com rather than domestichelplondon.com.
You should be able to transfer it to domestichelplondon.com using these instructions:

I’m seeing http://www.domestichelplondon.co.uk/ point to the correct WordPress.com site. Are you still experiencing trouble with it?
-
I am seeing the same, both website open without redirection. What I tried to do was all the clicks on domestichelplonon.com to go to http://www.domestichelplondon.co.uk
Please explain me what I did and what my customer see(or you) when typing one or the other website? -
It appears there has been some misunderstanding. Not to worry, we can straighten this out.
Just to clarify, you want everyone going to domestichelplondon.com to be sent your domestichelplondon.co.uk site, correct?
-
Yes, I want everyone who is going to domestichelplondon.com to be sent to domestichelplondon.co.uk site.
Will it happen with all the subdomaines? -
Okay, I’ve got you all set up correctly now. Sorry for the trouble.
However, one thing that had to be undone when I was moving the upgrade was the autopay that you had set up. So if you would like to set that up again, log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard here:
https://domestichelplondon.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
and then go to Store–>My Upgrades and click on the “Enable Auto Renew” button.
Let me know if you have any trouble.
