Redirecting or forwarding website

  I have grown from the simple wordpress site hosted on wordpress to a new site representing a larger business. I would like to simply redirect users to the new website. How do I change this with the wordpress site? On the new website it is a simple change in cPanel…not sure what to do with wordpress.com. TIA.
