Redirecting posts to external URLs

Is there a way to redirect posts directly to external URLs? I am looking to have some of my posts link directly to articles I have written on other websites. Is there a way to do this without installing a plugin? Thanks.

Please read Google’s position on duplicating content across domains. There is zero advantage to your blog if you provide an entire published post ie. duplicate content on any other site. Are you aware of that? Your original post will sink like a stone in the SERPs (search engine page results). Here is what Google’s position is on creating duplicate content across domains https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66359?hl=en

You can backlink to the original articles in new posts on your blog. Simply use a relevant quote and proceed as follows.

First make sure you are running one of the browser versions found here > http://browsehappy.com or upgrade to one of them.

Then consult the guide for creating links in posts and pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

This is the general link model:
Highlighted anchor text here

This is the visual result – it’s not actually linked here in the forum.
Highlighted anchor text here

1. Enter the relevant descriptive anchor text you want to link to first. Note that “here” is not a good choice.
2. Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text. (If you don’t highlight the anchor text the chain icon will remain grayed out and not be useable.)
3. Next click the chain icon in the editor and proceed to create the link.
4. Select to open in a new window in the pop-up you use to create the lin.
