redirecting the domain name to a IP address

  I have bought a domain name blog from wordpress that is danielhechterblog. I was told that our trademark attorney should protect the name danielhechterblog.
  15 days ago, everything was still working. Now the adress danielhechterblog.wordpress.com is directing on danielhechterblog.com, and the address danielhechterblog>.com is directing on danielhechterblog.wordpress.com…

  I would need an IP address for the blog ??? Or how can I have my blog working again ?
