Redirecting to another website

    hey. wanted to know how to direct to some website when i click on some word.

    like if i say
    check out the google’s website here.

    then on clicking “here”, google website should get opened in a new window.
    I tried it by adding a link to the word “here” and giving its url (destination link) as http://www.google.com, but the page i’m being redirected to is

    prasannagajbhiye.wordpress.com/www.google.com

    waiting for some help!!!
