Redirecting to new self hosted site and transferring followers

  Hi, I recently moved to a self-hosted site but would like to redirect people from the old wordpress address to the new one which is victoriaspongepeasepudding.com, as well as all my stats etc. I’d also love some help transferring over subscribers to the new web address.

  How do I ensure my stats are also transferred over? I have a significant number on my wordpress site but my new .com site only has a handful. Is there a way to merge them into one as it is technically still the same blog just self hosted.
