Redirecting Twitter Account

  Hi there – when I publish a new post, it goes to the wrong twitter. Looked over my twitter settings soo many times and cant figure out why it’s doing that.
  The right twitter is @carolslemonade.
  Yet it’s being redirected to @mysweetlemonade.

  Help!!
