  Hi,

  My redirection service was expired. Where can I renew it again? I cannot see it on the plans.

  My domain1(homeandgardenguides.com/ ) registrar is WordPress.com and domain2(https://homeandgardennj.com/) registrar is Godaddy.

  Yes you can purchase a “site redirect” upgrade here, which will allow you to send traffic from a WordPress.com site to your site hosted elsewhere:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/add/site-redirect/

  Hi.

  Thank you for your reply.
  After the upgrade, I want my domain (homeandgardenguides.com) a WP.com hosted to be redirected to (homeandgardennj.com) a Godaddy domain.
  Can I map it to the other domain?

  Hi again,

  I think I see the issue.. the domain homeandgardenguides.com is not purchased under your account. I.E. it is not listed here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Instead I see this domain was purchased under the account of another admin on the site: @teresa011217

  Can you ask that they purchase and add the site redirection on your behalf? The domain and redirection upgrade need to be under the same account. Additionally you can have them transfer the domain GoDaddy and then the direction can be set up there.
