Redirection and custom theme

  Hello,
  I’ve 3 issues on my website squadrati.wordpress.com

  1- I bought a domain on Register squadrati.com, I need to redirect all the content of squadrati.wordpress.com on it maintaing the current Google index and SEO positioning. I read a lot of article on help guide and probably I’ll have to buy a custom domain http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/custom-domains/ for 13$/year. That’s right? This solution will provide to me FTP access?

  2- Is very important that the external links works after the redirection and do not present 404 issues, is the custom domain the right solution for this problem?

  3- I need to upload my personal theme on my website, with custom domain upgrade I will able to upload custom themes or I have to buy a Custom Design profile http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/custom-design/ ?

  No. There is no FTP access here.

  I need to upload my personal theme

  That cannot be done.

  You can get a CSS upgrade to allow you certain editing of the available themes.
