Redirection doesn't work

  I created my own WordPress website on http://www.priorities.nl/de-sandra-blog/ and try to redirect my WordPress.com sandrakruijt.wordpress.com to that address. I try to buy the Redirect in the shop but after submitting the url it says that it is not possible. The permalinks on my new website are the same. Some changes in category names, will that be the problem?

  I will flag this for staff attention, I have seen other threads where the redirection for national domains has needed staff intervention.

  Please be patient as it could take a while for them to get round to your thread.

  I’ve just tested this for you, and if you go to https://sandrakruijt.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php and choose “omleiden van de site” you should be able to purchase the Site Redirect for http://www.priorities.nl/de-sandra-blog/

  If that doesn’t work for you, could you take a screenshot of the error message you receive and upload it to your WordPress.com media library so I can take a look?
