redirection for a new URL blog

I changed my wordpress.com blog URL and want to set up a redirect but it says there isn’t a site at the old address. what can I do to redirect people?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It appears that the old address, insightaucklandnz.wordpress.com, was discarded during the address change process.
