redirection nom de domaine HELP

    Bonjour,
    Jusqu’à présent je redirigeait mon adresse aliceclaralejeune.be (nom de domaine acheté sur ONE.COM) vers mon blog wordpress https://aliceclaralejeuneartistepolyvalente.wordpress.com/ .
    Cela fonctionnait très bien, jusqu’à ce que d’un coup la redirection ne se fasse plus.
    Après de longues démarches pour comprendre ce qu’il se passe du côté de ONE.COM, j’ai compris qu’ils n’ont rien changé de leur côté et que le problème vient de WORDPRESS.
    Pouvez-vous m’aider à comprendre pourquoi cela ne fonctionne plus ?
    Je tiens à préciser que je n’ai jamais dû payer pour que la redirection fonctionne et elle fonctionnait parfaitement.
    J’ai cette adresse web sur mes cartes de visites, j’aimerai qu’elle refonctionne….

    Without upgrading your plan here at WordPress.com that would allow you to use your own domain instead of the free *.wordpress.com URL, the only option you would be able to have is to set the domain at your domain registrar to redirect any traffic from your domain to https://aliceclaralejeuneartistepolyvalente.wordpress.com/

    This is something you would do at the domain registrar, not WordPress.com, so we have no control over this.

    The only way we would prevent it is if you set your domain nameservers to point to us without the aforementioned paid upgrade. Then you would see an error message.

    However, I don’t see anything when trying to access aliceclaralejeune.be, so you should contact One.com again to see what your domain status is at the moment.
