Redirection of subscribers and stat information to self hosted site

  I need help re-directing my subscribers from http://www.over40andamumtoone.wordpress.com to my new site http://www.over40andamumtoone.com, also how do I move my stats so I don’t lose my traffic information and how do I re-direct future visitors to the old site to my new site.

  I have zero technical knowledge, it’s taken me hours to move the comments etc over, so help is very much needed and appreciated.

  I have installed Jetpack if that helps

  Hi,

  I have same problem. Kindly do favor to me as well.

  My wordpress blog is netwanlan.wordpress.com
  Selfhosted one is netwanlan.com

  I already have jetpack installed and running like charm. But stats are not much pretty as it was on wordpress.com. How can I get country wise listings on jetpack’s stats.

  Hello, I also need assistance in this regard.

  I have installed the JetPack plugin onto my .org blog which is http://www.motheryourbusiness.com and have connected it to my .com blog http://www.motheryourbusiness.wordpress.com and now I need someone in support to transfer all of my subscribers from .com to .org.

  I would love previous stat info to be transferred as well, if possible.
