redirection problems

Hi, someone informed me that my website wasn’t working using https://www.publicslybrary.com (it worked without ‘www.’), so I added ‘www.’ in Settings>General from the Dashboard. Immediately after saving, the Dashboard refreshed and I get this message (I’m using Firefox):
The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to http://www.publicslybrary.com.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.I get the same error trying to go to both https://www.publicslybrary.com and https://publicslybrary.com.

publicslybrary.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Siteground, rather than WordPress.com:

Hi! I am also having trouble with redirection. I have redirected my site from http://www.deniputuje.wordpress.com to http://www.deniputuje.com but when I klick on some content from Google there is always 404 error.
The URLs are different, in the old one there are dates and the text name, and in the second one there is only my web address and the text name.
Could someone help me to fix that?
