Redoing my WordPress page

  I have a site with you: ‘Peteartheart.wordpress.com’ I want to totally redo it, rename it, figure out how to organize it, and create categories, or widgets[?]. But I would like to keep my prior posts available, but better sorted into categories/topics. And I have no idea as to what I’m doing or how to do it. HELP!

  To change the WordPress.com domain, please follow these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/#changing-your-wordpress-com-site-address

  To change the site title, this would be done via Design > Customize > Site Identity

  I would like to keep my prior posts available, but better sorted into categories/topics.
