  i want to redesign my small business website for a law firm to allow for growth. If i want a less ‘stock’ looking site, what do you suggest?

  Blogger installed plugins and third party or custom themes cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted sites unless you have a Business Plan.

  You can use custom design and by editing CSS for any theme you can create a unique appearance.
