Reduce Featured image size

  I am trying to reduce the size of the featured image on my blog. Regardless of the image size the featured image blows up the image, how can i retain the size of the image uploaded.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. The size of the featured image is determined by the theme and is different for every theme. The only way you might be able to change it is by editing the theme’s CSS, for which you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade.
