Reduce Plan From Premium To Personal On Mudpix.com Please

  Hi,

  In reference to my last post for help where I upgraded one of my websites (ddavidd.com) from the Personal Plan to the Business Plan, I now need help with changing plans on one of my other domains to control some of my spending.

  The domain I need help with in this thread is https://www.mudpix.com which is currently on the Premium Plan. I have today turned off auto-renewal on that Premium Plan for this website. The plan is now currently scheduled to expire on April 22, 2023.

  Prior, a few months ago I guess, I was informed either here in the forum, or through email by a staff member that I can lower the plan if I want to do that. However when I to the plans, I am told that I need to contact support.

  So if I can please have a staff member to reduce my plan on mudpix.com from the Premium Plan, to the Personal Plan, and schedule this for the time my normal payment would have been taken for the renewal, I would be extremely grateful… and the auto-renewal can be turned back on after the change is made to the Personal Plan. If this can not be scheduled ahead, which I think was about a month from now for the renewal, it is ok with me to charge the plan as needed to make this change. I am reducing the plan because I haven’t been working on this website but I want to keep the basic features that holding a .com domain for it provides as I do still direct people to this website.

  That’s not a problem – I’ve added the personal plan onto the site https://www.mudpix.com  for you and is set to renew on 2023-04-23.

  A payment method would need to be added to this subscription here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/mudpix.com/20289205 in order to renew on that date.

  Also on the 2023-04-23, the premium plan will expire. This ensures you get the benefit of the term left.

  You may receive notifications to renew the premium – these can be ignored.

  Thank you for setting that up for me. I do see it’s on the Personal Plan now, and that it will renew in April.

  I took care of that and now have my payment method attached for the renewal.

  Also on the 2023-04-23, the premium plan will expire. This ensures you get the benefit of the term left.

  Yes I saw the notification about the renewal for the Personal Plan with some upgrades expiring on the renewal as I’m aware will happen.

  Yes I always get notifications when renewals are getting near… and most of the time I ignore them since I know my payment method is good lol.
