    Premium 99USD a year, actually?

    This is the age of Apppocalipse, everything from phones to the apps have been commoditized in a big way, in fact it was the first mantra to the music industry from Steve Jobs when he made available iTunes.

    There has to be a sustainable income for all the wonderful WordPress stuff, I am sure, but that is not surely 99USD Premium.

    Medium like counter models emerging and I am sure you guys will soon be out of business and I will have to shut my blog if you don’t revise the pricing structure. I don’t really know how many paid blogs are there, I am sure it’s declining fast.

    I ain’t no gonna pay 99 for the service, I rather shut the blog and move it to Medium or elsewhere. Much likely 48USD per year will be a sound starting point since you guys are at 99 now.

    But final resting place should not be more than 24USD per year. Period.

    Any thoughts?

    Blogs at WordPress.com are free. You do need to purchase any of the upgrades.

    The upgrades are options. You can purchase only the options you need. The bundles are a good value if you are planning to use all of the upgrades included in them. If you only want one or two of the optional upgrades, then purchasing them separately is a less expensive alternative to the bundle packages.
