Reduce space between PAGE title and menu bar, excluding first post on home page

  hello,
  I would like to reduce the spacing between my page titles and the menu bar, but NOT the first title of the first post on the home page.
  my site is http://www.melanielefebvre.com. you’ll see the first post title and i like that spacing between it and the menu, but on http://www.melanielefebvre.com/about for example, the title is too far under the menu.

  Add this and decrease the value:

  .singular.page .hentry {
  padding-top: 3.5em;
  }
