Reduce Spacing/Padding Above Page Title

  Hello-
  I’ve tried a couple codes to reduce the spacing above the page titles within each of my pages, but nothing is reducing it beyond where it is currently situated.

  An example is on this page, http://anescapetoholdonto.com/poems/the-lighthouse-2/
  I need to reduce the space above The Lighthouse and the navigation bar; and possibly reduce the space below the Lighthouse title as well.

  For the space between the navigation and the content/sidebar, add the following and adjust as desired.

  .site-content {
      margin-top: 4.5em;
  }

  For the space below The Lighthouse, add the following and adjust.

  .entry-header {
      margin-bottom: 1.5em;
  }
