Reduce white space at bottom of widget area
-
Hello,
On the front page of my WordPress site greenchichi.com (it is still ‘private’ whilst under construction) I have added a quote in the ‘Front Page – Full Width Top’ area using the ‘Image’ widget in the Customiser menu. However there is too much white space below the quote – I would like it to be the same as the top – so I am wondering how I can reduce it? (Or if it’s possible for you to do it – but I’m just as happy to take instructions!)
Many thanks!

Hi Eli, add the following CSS, which specifically targets that image widget by its id, and adjust as desired. Originally it was 60px.
#image-22 { padding-bottom: 15px; } -

Hello,
A little while back you kindly helped me to reduce the white space below one of my text-widgets. Now I am wanting to do it again, for all the widgets in my sidebars, so I’m wondering if there’s a standard CCS that I can use, that I can just edit, to apply to each widget?
Thanks,
Eli -
Hi Eli, this would target all the widgets in your front-page sidebar:
#front-sidebar-one .widget { padding-bottom: 15px; }Let me know if this accomplishes what you’re after.
If you need any other CSS help in the future, could you please start a new thread rather than continuing to add questions here? Thanks!

Thanks @elioconnell, if issues are on separate forum posts, it help others (using Google, etc.) to find a quick answer if they are having the same issue as you are.
If you need a hand, definitely feel free to let us know in a new thread. :)
Cheers!
