Reduce white space between header / footer and body on Hever Theme

  I am in the process of building out a website with the Hever theme and was hoping to slightly reduce the white space in between the header / footer and the main body content for each page. I’m guessing there’s some css I can add to accomplish this… does anyone know the easiest way?
