reduce white space in the "follow" widget

  My theme is Twenty Twelve with CSS.
  In my Follow Blog widget (in the sidebar) can I reduce the white space between the instruction and the button itself (re-labeled “Subscribe”)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  }
