Reducing banner height for mobile

I am using a template called Xpro and I figured out how to change the height of the banner for my parallax image. I like where it is now in desktop mode. But I want the banner to be as thin as it possibly can when it is in mobile.
I am no expert in website design. Is there a plugin where I can keep the banner’s height as it is on desktop but smaller on mobile? Thanks.

I’m afraid that this site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
