Reducing image size May 26?

  Yesterday I could easily reduce the size of my images within Word press. Today I have to do it elsewhere?
  What happened?

  you can adjust your Media Settings at Dashboard > Settings > Media

  Can I do that in the word press app on an iPad?

  I see how to change setting for each photo size but
  HOW DO I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE PHOTO From the WP app on my iPad?
  It used to be the step after choosing which photos to upload.
  I would like to have different sizes within each post.
