Reducing Size of Featured Images…

    I am interested in reducing the size of the featured images within each of my posts. They are appearing too wide or too large lengthwise…

    Hi @danarondel!

    Are you referring to the featured image that is displayed to the left of your post after you click into it from the main page? Or somewhere else?

    Featured images on Dyad can sometimes be a little tricky. The same image is used in different ways, with different orientations:

    – Featured Post Slider (landscape)
    – archive/blog listing (portrait)
    – single posts/pages (portrait)

    Because you have a single image being used in differing formats, it will appear differently in some spots.

    One thing that can help is to always use images where the important item, the subject of the image, is as close to the center as possible (preferably not right up against the edges)
