  How do i reduce or edit the spacings from title to post?

  The free hosted WordPress.com blog linked to your username has no blogger created content. If you need help with your empty free hosted WordPress.com blog you have posted to the correct support forum. I don’t see any indication that you have purchased an annually renewable custom design upgrade from WordPress.com for that site.

  However, that other site that you have now dropped a signature link to into two support threads here isn’t a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we only provide support for free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this support forum.   To reduce the spacing between the title and the post in the Twenty Eleven theme shown at http://kaihenderson47.wordpress.com/ first purchase the Custom Design upgrade for your WordPress.com blog and then add this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

  	padding-top: 0;
  }
