Reducing vert space between galleries
-
Hi, I’m new to wordpress and have created a website that that I have not published yet. I have a quick question on how to reduce the height of galleries to reduce the amount of veritcal dead space between each gallery. On my homepage I have four ‘3 image’ galleries and just want to tighten up the vertical space so that the text at the bottom of a gallery is closer to the pictures at the top of the gallery below it. I’ve played a bit with CSS but I don’t know what the galleries are called in CSS so couldn’t play around to solve it myself. Thanks for any help.

Hi there,
I noticed in examining the blocks for your homepage that you have added each row of three inside a Group Block. Within the settings for each of those Group Blocks I see that spacing has been added, and you can edit this if you wish in order to tighten up the spacing further.

I’ve labeled the image to show:
- how to show the list view
- click on the group blocks one at a time
- in the settings on the left click on the Styles tab
- You can adjust the top/bottom spacing here. Decimal values (like 4.3) should work fine.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
